Anatomy for Teachers yoga, Pilates, and for students looking to deepen their practice. This class is designed to help yoga teachers understand the joints and muscles of the body and the way the body moves. Attention will be given to structure and muscle attachment and muscle action.  The workshop is divided into two weekends giving teachers the opportunity to use the information and come back for questions or further develop their knowledge of anatomy for teaching.  You will come away from this workshop with:     •    In-depth knowledge of bones and muscles     •    Understanding of alignment principles     •    How to work with a student's physical limitation     •    Letter for submission to Yoga Alliance for CEU credits
