Make Your Personal Dream Catchers with SUE GREER

Oct 22 3-6pm CREATE your own DREAM CATCHER. We will do spirit journeys, and meditate on what we need to support our vision and hold our dreams, and from the inspirations we gain from those journeys and meditations, we will make our own dream catcher that will become a focus for our spirits and hearts. Once your dreamcatcher is brought to form through this deep process, they will hold our hope and show us our connection to the web of life and help us maintain our vision in these difficult times.

Deep Stretch with Ann Bartlett

Deep Stretch is a class developed to help lengthen the sticky connective tissue of the body. Connective tissue has little blood flow and is collagen dense, therefore it takes slow action to stretch it. Poses are held for 2-7 minutes encouraging length and increasing flexibility to the structure and mechanics of the body. Using a combination of yin yoga, pilates, Feldenkrais, Alexander technique and elements of deep tissue massage, we have developed a class that lengthens, stretches and decompresses body, mind and soul.

Excellent for athletes and for bodies that have lost their elasticity due to age, injury, childbirth or any other reason! This class is refreshing and restorative for the body and mind!
